Custom / made-to-order items cannot be returned or replaced. No refund will be given on these items as they are custom made to fit the client's specifications and can therefore not be reused. All return or exchange enquirers must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the return or exchange is approved, and once the item is received in its original condition, a full refund excluding the shipping fee will be processed. The return shipping costs are for the client's own account.
