Terms and Conditions
1. Purchase Agreement
By placing your order at All Things Bridal SA you agree that you have entered into a contract with All Things Bridal SA and that you accept the Terms and Conditions as stated below.
2. Payment and Shipping
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production will begin, excluding jewellery which requires full payment. The balance is to be paid before the product is dispatched.
All payments are to be made via EFT and a proof-of-payment must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Courier can take between 1 - 3 days from the date of completion depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your parcel.
Allow between 4 - 6 weeks lead time for production on custom and made-to-order products.
Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost, the cost depending on the package size. Should the customer opt not to take the shipping insurance option All Things Bridal SA cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage incurred to the product while in the custody of the courier service.
Design, production and photos are all owned by All Things Bridal SA and may not be copied or reproduced in any way without written consent from All Thing Bridal SA. All photos requested must credit All Things Bridal SA should they be posted online or social media.
