All items are made to order, with a standard lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. If you need it sooner, please reach out through the WhatsApp chat button to inquire about expedited options.

We have added as much options that can be selected on the website as possible, however if there are any other details you would like differently we will be happy to assist. To place a custom order, simply add your chosen item to your cart and complete the purchase. If you've selected custom options such as specific colors or extended lengths, our sales team will reach out to confirm all the details with you. If there is any extra costs involved with the custom requirement we will send you an invoice after discussing it with you. Rest assured, if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected items.

If you'd like to confirm the color or pattern of a particular fabric, you may order a sample swatch for R50 each, with courier costs covered by you. Contact us on WhatsApp, and a sales representative will assist you with placing the order.

All items are custom-made to order based on your selected preferences (size, colour, fabric, style, trims, embroidery etc). We do not keep stock on hand to minimize waste. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer decision errors.

Once your order is placed, we’ll be in contact to confirm all details before production begins. Any changes must be made during this confirmation stage, as no alterations can be made afterward.

White fabrics naturally have a degree of transparency. However, we use only the highest quality materials to ensure maximum coverage. Our pajama sets include an interfacing layer for added opacity, and for robes, we recommend pairing them with one of our slip dresses for the best finish. Our dresses are all lined.
