How do I determine my correct size?

How do I place an order for custom items?
To place a custom order, simply add your chosen item to your cart and complete the purchase. If you've selected custom options such as specific colors or extended lengths, our sales team will reach out to confirm all the details with you. Rest assured, if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected items.
What if I cannot find a color or fabric I like?

Can I order fabric samples or swatches?
If you'd like to confirm the color or pattern of a particular fabric, you may order a sample swatch for R50 each, with courier costs covered by you. Contact us on WhatsApp, and a sales representative will assist you with placing the order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?
Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature and specifications, which prevent resale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for clarification on which products are defined as custom.
